"Stitch our Stories" at the Boulder Library

  • Boulder Library 1001 Arapahoe Avenue Boulder, CO, 80302 United States (map)

Part of the Boulder Library’s Summer of Discovery, the “Stitch our Stories” workshop will guide participants through learning how to cross stitch, a COVID reflection exercise, and creating a small stitch design based on their experiences during the pandemic. All materials are provided in kits, which are available now at the main library, Meadows branch, George Reynolds branch, and the NoBo corner library.

Registration is encouraged so we can prepare adequately, but walk-ups are welcome. Kits will be available at the workshop for any who need one. Each piece will be completed at home, and then displayed together at the main library later this year.

If you just want to come and hang out, you are welcome! I will have at least one of the project panels available for anyone to stitch, and will be giving a short presentation on the larger Stitching the Situation project.

Many thanks to the Boulder Library Foundation for their funding support!
