I joined this project because I thought it was such a beautiful thing to remember such a hard time. I chose koi as they are often associated with strength of character, perseverance, and courage. These traits are what I think so many people across the globe have gone through with this pandemic. As a note, my design is based off of one by Shannon Christine Designs, with permission.
